Jess joined T. Bailey in January 2005 after graduating from Nottingham University where she read Geography. Jess is extremely experienced in all areas of transfer agency and was fundamental in helping to build and manage the current team until becoming Head of Relationship Management in July 2017. Jess is now responsible for supporting TBFS clients, whilst working with the operational teams to ensure the highest quality of service is maintained. Over the last 10 years she has specialised in system development and remains responsible for managing the TA systems.
